Pathfinder perk should give some bonus to cars

a 25 % less fuel need (you find better road)
a 25 % less damage (same as above, better road less need to repair the car)

hell no, or increase base travelling speed on foot, and make train travel faster 25% as well... I understand that you have car, but its not the only travelling kind and you should not put it above over others.

Why not? It's the most expansive after all ;p And you can't even park it safely!

train needs 100 caps each trip car usually requires less, also car can drive you to direct point, also it is faster than walking, so here you have price ^^

Why not? The description doesn't say anything about being on foot or in a vehicle. It doesn't apply to trains because you're not the one controlling the train. It should apply, just not as a 25% reduction. In a vehicle, each level should take it down 10% or so.
