Sex and Romance after the Bomb.

But that was my point. Why writing more text to it than random npc floats, if it has no real effect anyway except you using some money on them.
The general idea of paying them to gain something small isn't bad, I think. It just has to make sense and be kind of tasteful and not childish "hihihi" stuff.

Not related to sex, but perhaps the prostitutes could give you valuable information. For example you pay them, and they tell you who is in town, for example:
"Hey, have you seen anything interesting around? [give 20 caps]"
And she could answer:
"I heard there is (player name) in the East Side."
Or "I have seen some people fighting in the Commercial Row just a few moments ago"
The higher speech skill, the more often you can ask, or implement something else that would make speech more useful.

I think that's a pretty good idea. Just depends on how easy / smooth it can be scripted.

It's still a difference between obvious and explicite. As for real gain, "sexual healing" was already spoken up in this topic and since there's no real explicite graphical content in game involved, this will be limited on textual passages, e.g. pay a hooker for HP and a postcoital pearl of wisdom.

prostitutes should lower your endurance temporary i think, but boost one of AP/CH or maybe something like cookie for being nice... Then players may use them for real :>
