Bugged Character (fixed dun read)

I was playing with my friends and was just running along when my game exited out to the main menu. I tried logging back in but, It said i needed to wait 10 minutes blah blah blah. This character is brand new and no one can possibly have the password. I've waited the limit didn't work. I logged into other characters too see if they were causing the problem and they are not. I'm just a little ticked because I just made this character and hes turning out pretty well so far. So if anyone has had this problem before please tell me a fix or something other than just making another character.
