Or get your buddy/mom/son to log into the game on your laptop and you can log into it on your desktop.

An exp. pick set gives +50%, which would bring you to 78%.  Not sure what the formula is, but that would  probably give you a few % chance of picking it.  Of course, you'll have to be very patient since the lockpick CD is 2 minutes.

Also, I know a lockpicker that could help you out.

Trokanis:
Be aware once you pop it, the key is useless for the trunk.  Anyone can open it at that point.

Id be happy to lockpick your car and then attach a new lock( if you can provide the materials) for a reasonable price.
