yep but they dont have nothing to do with piracy, so they aren't fomenting anything at all, so bethesda cant do anything against fonline for that.... you can get a pirate fallout 3, and that isnt a reason for bethesda canceling the game.

actually devs of this game dont have the engine of FO2, or any FO? i think that devs dont
FO2 engine will work with fonline?
there is any posibility of pay to interplay for the engine?
what will be the problms with bethesda?
devs can get some permission of distribute this, no matter of who gives it, and of course without gain money for this?
how much this will cost?

without a permission i think this game will go to hell some day.... :'(

The FOnline engine was developed from scratch and is something different to the the FO1/2 engine.

i think fallout just find his water chip, bring it to vault, and was betrayed.
anyway, bethesda cant have license forever. when i mean forever i mean forever.
when they got from FALLOUT name* (*all they got) all they can (like juice from fruit) they ll leave it.

Hey, uh, just a question,
Does Bethesda own the rights to Fallout 2? I didn't think they'd held rights to PAST titles, just FUTURE ones.
