Questions about lockpick and the Master Thief perk

Hello,

1. If your lockpick skill is @ 300, and you've got an expanded lockpick set in your hand? Does your skill stay @ 300, or... it is 350?

2. Does the Master thief perk work fine? It is a bonus of 20 in lockpick + steal skills?

1. Yes, I'm pretty sure people with 300% lock pick still take Expanded lock pick sets for Glow.
2. Well... it is meant to be like that. Yes, it gives 20% steal and lock pick.
