Is it agains't the rules to have 2 of my chars at the same time, but my friend is using the other one?

If so, they should make this clear in the Rules.

No, it doesn't matter who makes the chars as long as your are only playing on one at a time and don't fast relog.

If really your friend using other character then yeah. But whos know if your friend is really using that char. Maybe its dirty lie hah !

you can share chars with everyone, but playing from the same ISP-IP is suspicious!

to make it more simple: You can have as many character as you wish, but you can be logged in on 1 only (after 10minutes from logging off you can relog to other char.)
technical point of view: if there will be 2 character logged on same IP, they will be banned.
*unless they are being controled by 2 different players
