Horrible First Aid
Swinglinered:
Have an algorithm that gives you a reroll if you fail, under the following circumstances:
You failed the previous roll.
You have Healer.
You have Medic.
You have Living Anatomy.
You are Skilled.
You are Good Natured.
All stack. (Even multiples levels of perk, if applicable.)
So you get lots of potential rerolls.
Also each one bumps the minimum effectiveness by say 3% of Doc/FA skill, whichever is being used, so really low rolls are upgraded in any event.
Nice compromise?

As was the case with the original Fallouts, which is even more so, than what we have in 2238.
Flick:
Maybe perk like Medic , living anatomy, healer, may give a +1 bonus to luck for the fumble check (mx luck 10 as ever)

This sounds really good, Scratch Good Natured though, maybe. Being Good natured doesn't make more or less to make a failure :/.

Yeah, this game depends a lot on random luck... On a 1lk char (1% crit chance) I did 2 crits in a row once, I survived encounters because of the 5% miss chance everyone has.
