NCR HtH Arena

Coz Junk Town have bad map, if it would have 2nd entrances near ring, and Town would be open in night hours i think players will be using it more ofen.

sounds great, but why limit it to ncr? they should have one in.... not every city, but a lot of them

There is cool hth arena in Hub but no one use it.
