What is the most powerful Small Gun? I know a P90C is pretty strong, but they are so hard to come across! Any suggestions?

I have a Gauss Pistol. But I've only seen one in game. SO.. if I use it up and it deteriorates, I'm fucked and I can never have another one. So I must save that one for a huge battle.

Then also, I only found around 20 or so 2mmEC

Guass Pistols are the rarest obtainable weapon.

P.S High repair can fix weapons.
