Does the adreneline rush perk work?

I have taken the adrenaline rush perk.... my strenght stays the same no matter how low my health is.... if i picked the perk for no reason im gonna go mad.... :@




EDIT: it only works when u are in battle but not outside batlle.... shoulda said somewhere... this rly needs to be changed... now i have to get atacked in the city in order to get my profession :@

take buffout or psycho, the increase in strength from this is accepted so long as all other requirements are met as well.

Thanks i had trouble finding buffout but i have finally managed to find it.... and me wanting the profession so bad has made me pick and lose a stupid perk....

Two nervous bluesuits (one of them severely wounded) enter the shop, and while the shopkeeper is observing them, out of a sudden, one bluesuit punches another one and gets killed by guards. The wounded bluesuit, with his eyes burning from rage, quickly starts speaking:
