Official rate of arm cripple on average character with better crit (if crit is successfull):  1/2...
Hey, you surely need to bring unarmed (or throwing) chars if you want to win.

Good idea for the most part, but I bet it is going to be a fight of 18AP chars taking cover, bursting, and chomping superstims like theres no tommorow.
So, no idea how a "fair" fight can be guaranteed unless everyone wants to go thru inventory screening, else, its gonna be a long ass fight if everyone is carrying 50 superstims.

Let me surprise you: you can't gain more than 14 AP this session (Well, you can eat a cookie, but it's a rare thing).
Concerning everything else you could be right.

Lacan:
you can somehow get to 18 ap with 2x bonus move and i think that's what he meant. But you're probably not into TB too much :)
