Bug at login - new account

Well, I recently discovered this game and wanted to play it. Installed, registered an account but this message appears:

"You can't relogin with other account now. Wait 10 minutes."


That's very odd. I waited a lot longer than 10 minutes and the bug persists.

I contacted a GM on IRC and he said I should change my mac address. I did it, but it didn't work also. Tried making a new account, too.

Delete your cache files in your clients data folder and try again.

Ive got this same problem, Already tried to delete those files and it still does not let me log in... Any other way to fix this?
