[BUILD] Throwing Knives Critic based

Your build seems very good but i planned to do a crit based character, so must take 3* more crit and better crit ...
What do you think about finesse should i take it or not ?

Believe me, 75% is certainly enough for a crit-based build, and it's 2 throws in a turn, so the chance for critting at least once gets even bigger.
About finesse, I wouldn't take it because that would waste the Throwing Knifes potential. They are very powerful in terms of damage, and dropping 30% of it is pretty much a loss. Armor bypasses don't happen always also.

I have a question about Heavy Ho And Weapon Handling :

If i put 2 stength to my throwing char and i take weapon handling, will i throw knives to 15hex without any penalities ?

What about Heavy Ho ? Is it the same but with 2 stength instead of 3 with Wepaon handling ?

Weapon Handling won't give to you ST for throwing. I have 1 ST and WH, and I can throw spear and rocks only on 3 hexes.
WH only affects ST requirements to operate weapon with no penalties, that's why throwing weapon with low ST requires alot perks or other alternative, than other weapons.
Throwing knife ST requirement is 3. It means with 1 ST you'll have (3-1)*20%=40% penalty to hit.
Weapon handling will make your ST 1+3=4, so you won't have penalty to hit.
But you still have 1 ST and will throw knives only on 3 hexes.
You need 5 ST or 3+Heave Ho or 1+x2 Heave Ho or 1+Buffout+Heave Ho to throw knives on 15 hexes.
