Boost wakizashi blade

I didn't knew that it was deleted from the game. If it is, then you can make it craftable.

Wakizaki: 4-12
Too strong you say? ;p Well maybe back in the past, but with recent rework, not anymore. So it could be reintroduced, and boosted (a melee weapon between supersledge and combat knife).

I don't think someone cares about edge between combat knife and sledgehammer. It's 2 different weapons.
If you're going to use sledgehammer->super sledge it means you're ST, if combat knife->ripper/cattle prod you're low ST, crit-only based.
So wakizashi is knife/combat knife/ripper alternative. It doesn't consume cells, so it should be worst than ripper. Or, it could be some kind of gauss pistol for melee, rare and powerful, but then Yakuza will still use combat knives.
It could have ST requirements more than ripper/cattle prod, but less than hammer, so it'll be 3rd type of melee weapon or alternative weapon for high ST based, if they bored using hammer. This way it could be something "between sledge and combat knife".

well, make the Wakizashi blade have same DMG with the combat knive, but with the penetrate perk

I disliked it more that you had no sword animations :P
Suppose there's no reason it couldn't be introduced after 3D
