How's PE affects LSW?

I know that formula for small gun skill bonus from PE from weapons with long range perk (for ex. Assault Rifle) is: (PE-2)*16%. But how its with Big guns/LSW?

LSW don't have long range perk. So it's just (PE-2)*8%.
