NCR killer

Hi everyone :)

I just went to NCR for two times and were killed by someone called : RES.
He kill everyone in NCR and the guards don't care about it ...
Is it normal ?

Yeah, you can do that if you are Idolized in a certain town.

Hololasima:
Yeah, its so called "feature"  8)

Ganado:
He's someone abusing the Idolized feature.

He's unprotected from shooting you, so if you can manage to kill him before he shoots you again... but if you are new, I would just stay away from him.

Only thing it is to me, is another three year old was let onto the game.
