Cheating while stealing

Yeah that doesn't sound right.
I have no idea how that steal table works but I've also noticed that I have to steal caps in chunks.
maybe he had some script that stole caps in his max chunk possible multiple times?

1. Not sure if you're right, but I don't notice much difference with my 10 LK pre wipe build.
2. Not true. Since the last update the timer resets with every item you steal.
3. This partly depends on your build. 2-3k is max, it can be less. I think this partly depends on PE, but I'm not sure.
4. I've heared the same thing. People losing over 10k of caps in a second while have the chatbox full of error messages that the thief failed. 1 failed attempt is 1 message.
