Reputation, prostitution and other crazy stories

Hurr, then what the hell is the point in this suggestion if you want it to cost 100k caps (which nobody will pay) in the first place?
I'm up for this suggestion as long as it's 1-10k (10k max.) and not some overpriced bullshit.

inb4 dev appears and tells you it's not karma, then disappears with no actual answers
10k for 100 rep and you can't do it to often. Because if you are actually the most important person in the wasteland and have great crimson guild on your commands you could just kill people in towns everyday and just pay money ad hoc. On the other hand for other players that play solo it would be quite a challenge to earn those 10k, and just like Reco said, every stupid mistake you do costs you those 10k so let's try to think about something not too exploitable and playable at the same time.

Prostitution would have to include some prostitution cooldown, to stop the biggest whores from making fortunes or wagonfuls of Jet.

I'd so love to see the prostitution cooldown in the pipboy :3 also yeah, ofcourse. You'd also need to use some condoms not get some bad stuff that would lower your END, STR and AGI for like a week or so.
And daily rep change is 10. I'd be unstoppable with 100rep a day.
