Has the idolized system changed?

RR, when I was liked some Idolized pker got killed while he shot me with his lazor.
But for now it don't work properly.

Well I saw bug reports long time ago about VC. Where VC citizen was killed by other VC citizen infront of guards and killed guy was Liked. It was 1 or 2 wipes ago, don't know how it was 3 wipes ago... may be it was working.
