I'm 95% sure, that there wasn't any female ghouls in any of canonic Fallout games.

There are (we have at least one in 2238 as well). But you don't see any real difference in their bodyform.

only cuz they had the same spite
but for female ghouls just increas the bust size and make them a bit hourglass shape, not veary hard to do modificasion
