Second Navarro base?

Just spoted second Navarro base on the island under Boneyard and my question is what is up with this one? According to map on wiki  there should be nothing there.. if there is how can i get there?

It's just the map that a GM must've used for some event. They put the map on an island so that players can't log off and escape with loot.

sound convincing... but i'm going to chop wood, build myself a raft and check it out :)
