1.When i buy car it is full of fuel?
2.When i get encounter in my car and monsters will be to strong to defeat and i flee my car will be marked on world map?
3.How much costs making adittional keys for car?

1. Yes
2. Yes, but anyway, like you spawn near your car, click on it and you're out before anyone move.
3. Not so much IIRC, few thousands caps.
