Perks - Which ones are useless?

Deleting TB perks would be silly, some of us do prefer TB and even make builds based on it. I for example had a weird short rangeTB energy sniper
that was able to pull off 3 eyeshots per turn before drug-revamp while having high sequence and very satisfying crit chance...thing is, that char was 100% useless
in Rt having around 100hp at lvl 21 and low range compared to all other snipers.
Also i had living anatomy jetty semi-leader with fast shot/BROF and kamikaze so i could attempt to move first in fights getting 8-9 regular shots in
hoping that mercs finish whatever was left standing.
Even if there is only handful of RT haters that doesnt mean we should be forgotten or removed
*PS* Sure am waiting for the perk changes happily, hope they dont forget us silly TB weirdoes who dislike messy RT parties.

Yes i guess this is true, my idea was to protect new players from choosing a perk they could regret, maybe just specify in the description when the perk is only usefull in TB.
