It is. But no one forbids us to recreate these models in non-profit fan project. I mean - RECREATE (like it was done with NCR Veteran Ranger armor), not just copy it from F3/FNV and paste it to the Fonline:

Here's the list of items which should be done but no one is making them (mostly textures):
1. Leather Armor MKII texture
2. Metal Armor texture
3. Tesla Armor texture
4. Hardened Power Armor texture
5. Advanced Power Armor MKII texture
6. NCR Trooper Uniform texture
7, 8, 9 (optional). Elegant suit, Tire Armor and NCR Patrol Armor

@down, it was said over 9000 times - there is a lot of hairstyles in VB (both, male and female), which CAN be used.

I'm pretty sure we could get by with just the PA / APA model. There won't be much call for a hardened / mk II version.

so would tire armor be sorta like the opposite of metal armor? high normal damage resistance, but very weak to energy, and especially fire damage?

Why would you argue with someone, while you can kill him.

I know its a bit of a stretch and non-priority but what about something like this

After all it fits the general aesthetic and it could be really cool for the mad scientist EW types.

could have something to do with BOS, Enclave or even a special encounter.

I would like to see something like this on the back of a Leather jacket or combat leather jacket for the player join able raider faction

plus some badges on the front for 'RAIDER', 'BSK' and '2238' (rank, blue suit killer and member since 2238)

Not sure how 'fallout' it is, but it would be bad ass.

My opinion is rather that it's not realist, regardless if it's falloutish or not. No gang would be able to print its own jackets, and what, printing the year on it? C'mon :p

Without a year which looks ridiculous, yes - it's pretty possible imo. Who says about printing? Pattern + can of white/silver spray and voila. They can have something like that in no time.

Yeah, it's not rocketscience to create patches, or just spray 'em on the jacket.

I may have gone overboard a bit with the year and font stuff (which is wrong anyway, wiki says khans started in 2161) And the idea that people are still counting years or even able to read or write so long after the apocalypse is far fetched.

A patch or stencil of some sort would be nice though. The khans are supposed to be the most organized of the raiders so it's not too hard to believe they would have a way to identify each other.

the year on the image is 2228 not 2238
