Yeah, awesome! 1% additional critical chance! Definetly worth wasting 1 SPECIAL point!

It's more than 1% if it's an aimed shot (+3% crit chance in eyes instead of +1%). But yeah, for unaimed, it's useless.

I know it's more when aiming, but I am talking about bursts now, which you can't aim. Anyway...

I will stick with my build, thanks.

Why so? Also, could you show us the perks, if it's not a problem?
