HELP!

Cryptopsy:
Worst thing ever. Went hunting for ghouls and come ghoul crazies killed my Combat Slave and I was knocked down in the burst.
I have been getting punched at by ghoul scavengers for several game days now and I figured if I logged out and waited a while and came back, it would stop. But they are continuing to hit me for no damage and I cant get up and I cant FA or Doc myself. What do I do?
