also, what the hell gives with NPCs shooting me while somone else is shooting them? I didn't shoot them, thats some pretty poor ass threat detecting.

Ganado:
Gecko is unguarded. Those are militia, for Town Control purposes. I suggest "moving" to NCR or Hub.

OK but shouldn't the amount of dead time increase as you go higher in a level. Obviously a level 1 character is just getting started and isn't gonig to be running into combat on purpose.
