it just +5 at the end of dmg calculations roacher.

if you looking for a per bullet go bonus ranged dmg, if it hasent been changed.

But is it +5 before or after the damg reduction is calculated?

Still a very good perk if you're going fast shot + bonus HtH attacks for 1 AP punches and powerfist strikes
