Skill Limit/Restriction

My small guns skill is 121 right now and Tagged, and I have many points saved up that I plan to use for Small Guns, but the problem is that when I try to increase my small guns skill any more than 121, it only starts giving me 1 skill point increase per usable skill point if I try to increase it. Why has it stopped going up 2 per 1?

Also, if I try to increase it past 140 or so, it starts only giving me about 1 skill-point increase per 3 skill points. Is this supposed to happen? Does this just happen with Tagged skills? And is there anyway to make it so that it starts giving me 2 skill-point increases per 1 point, like how it was before?

On a side note: Can I save more than 99 skill points at a time?

The tag allows you to safe 1 skill points each time you put it into your skill. Thats why you get 2 points at the begining. But when you pass the number 100 you ned to spend 1 more point to incrise its lvl. The ammout of points you ned to use incrises ewry 20 points in the skill. After 120 you ned 2, 140=3, 160=4, 180=5. For the untaged skill you would ned to put 2 points after 100 points in the skill. As for the 2 question why do you safe your points? There is no use it saving just use them, and i dont know how much points you can save 99 might be max but as i said there is no point in saving.

Yes, that's supposed to happen - you pay more and more for a single increase in a given skill, with tagged you just get +2 for each one you buy instead of the usual +1. Oh, and there's no reason to save more than 6 skill points at a time - you won't ever need to spend more at a single + and since Tag! perk isn't implemented you won't really have to save them to get more value.

Alright, thanks for clearing that up for me. The reason that I saved them was because I didn't know if I was doing something wrong, but now that I know I'm not, I guess I'll use all them.

Were Fonline mechanics changed compared to normal FO? It used to be:
1-100 - 1 skp
101-125 - 2skp
126-150 - 3skp
151-175 - 4skp
176-200 - 5skp
200+ - 6skp

Tag in fact don't decrease cost by 1 skp, it allows you to buy TWO skp for the price of ONE.

As I remember. But today is a weird day, so my it's possible that my memory's failing me at now..

The FOnline mechanic regarding skill points is exactly like in Fallout 2. No new strange magick in here.
