So from what I've heard, bonus ranged damage applies to each bullet. So assuming the shooter hits with every bullet, he should have a total of +60 damage. Does this work in reverse? Do damage threshold and resistance apply to each bullet too? If so, in the situation I mentioned, toughness should stop at least 60 damage (the 2 from each bullet) as well as the damage resistance taking effect. I'm wondering this because if this is the case, toughness is actually a better defense against minigunners than lifegiver at lvl 15.
