I stated rules written by GM...

I stated how I thought they were being broken...

no one has countered in any way using the rules list to back up their statement.

How can you call me a noob without knowing who I am?  The arrogance that people are showing over me putting in a claim is astounding.

in response to the wastes being harsh.... yes... but guarded towns suppose to be a partially safe place for at the VERY LEAST bluesuits?

Like I said... If I'm out of line, LOCK THE THREAD...

if not, I think I'm entitled to the gripe/grievance posting here.

You are a noob. Being a noob has nothing to do with who you are as a person but your level of experience with FOnline. You're obviously raging over a common known gameplay mechanic, hence why we call you a noob.

Also, having Idolized rep with NCR doesn't break any rules and isn't a bug.
