Why do the cool stuff only happen when ia m not online?
Enclave atacking NCR makes sense, why whining about it, thats the wasteland for you.BTW, i never figured why do people stand around in NCR doing nothing.

Well I usually stand there waiting for some of my friends to turn up so we can go hunting, many sell stuff there and it is a good place to meet people. Or you maybe just want people to stand in their tent looking at the dirt flying by. Anyway, it's supposed to be a safetown where  you can craft and just walk around in somewhat safety, not total safety ofcourse but bombing and killing everyone standing at the bazaar.. comon

what i meaned is just that why NCR? I mean, its not a good town, half of the people cant enter here(raiders and enclave) and i still think its a heck of a thing to happen, i really wish i was there.

Dude, it's nothing... they were just playing around. It's not like you missed anything important.

Its a good noobtown, easy npc around the town, all the resources you need is close, then you just tend to stay there after you leveled up a bit.. Its somewhat close to other important towns. Also 3 shops at the entrance (bazaar). It's also probably the most secure town around. Why wouldn't it be popular.

The Hub is also a good candidate but I think NCR is  better.

Because That's where I get my whiskey, its not water down like in Junktown. (hump! those guys don't appreciate good whiskey...) And the Hub has to many Brahmin and the guards there smell funny...

Except of a few strategical allies (Metzger, Salvatore) the Wasteland is oblivious to their existence. Probably even NCR doesn't know about them and BoS only has some vague information about who they are. It's not in Enclave's interest to openly confront anyone. They would rather perform their mainland secret operations, quietly preparing their holocaust.
And there has never been any war between Enclave and BoS.

Leave alone that (it's right!) - it's even a few years before Fallout 2. So there should be no presence of the enclave at the crowded towns... Maybe spies, but hm..
Even the BoS shouldn't be aware of the threat.




Just a sidenote - I would laugh so hard, if one day a player named "Chosen One" would appear in a few towns and would just "pwn" EVERYONE (if we stay at FO's canon it will happen sometime... ) It would be so hillarious.
