burster/thrower hybrid

This build can use drugs but doesn't have to. For drug users: use jet, psycho and cigs for this build.
Tactics: Use burst or combination of frag nades and burst.
???thoughts???

EDIT: Alternative skill distribution - take points from outdoors and add to SG up to 200 if using drugs. Using said drugs leaves you with 3 str and -20% to your Sg skill, lowering it to 160. Dont know if 160 is enough for 30-35 hexes. be safe with 200, if not, keep it the same.

for maximum accuracy in range u need 180 throw

Take One hander instead of good natured, if you use SMG (not rifles) it will boost both your SG and throwing
