Please tell me how can i make my own faction?
There is no FAQ here and wiki is outdated.

You are out of luck there are no more usable names to buy a base therefore you can't get your own faction.
However you can try to buy one from players for a lot of caps.....
If you don't want to do Tc just have a place where you can trade stuff with your pals make a shared tent.

Do you know why the developers chose with such a behaviaor?
The game is positioned as a game of fractions, and I can not create my own one, it's very frustrating.
I'd rather give up a 2238 than going to play speculative games with players.
Average online is 100+ players, and all faction names are taken.
This is just silly.

Problem is you can only have one base per faction, so each faction have several factions to be able to have many bases. Not hard to imagine big factions owning up to 30 or even more factions.

Just read the wiki, isn't not outdated afaik.
