i have evil idea!

Make 100x 9CH PE characters, get all of them in one faction to make friendly. Then equip everyone of them with some amount of cash. They could run into BH buy their pack of rocket mutants, turn them into aggressive mode and just stay there. Log into another one and do same thing. Repeat until total BH control. :>

Any chance you'd put some of the caps to NCR bank account 3467? I'm new and have hard time getting caps.  :(

Can you see Interest Rates are 1% instead of 3% in NCR ..
Is it the same for every town like Hub or SF ?

When I was having my fun with bank interest it was 3% in SF and 3% in redding.
