idea for event

Let's make event like "bring to ghost farm one flare, one lighter, one crowbar and one uranium ore(or any other items). First player who will show that stuff with trade will win Brotherhood armor." That do you think about it? :)

I know that everybody can craft it, but it's good idea for event. Not like another pvp arena. :)

I thought of an event but it would probably need a custom map to be done, or maybe there is this kind of location somewhere. This event or experiment or test, call it yourself would involve lots of teamplay and use of skills + tactical thinking. There would be teams of eg 4 people and one goal - recover the intelligence gathered on some kind of holodisc thing that would be hidden in the end of some kind of base etc. Basically there would be many ways to get there. Some examples for you:

- There would be some closed blast door that could be opened by someone with high science or the key could be stolen from a scientist in the adjoined room
- There would be a deathclaw room and a terminal in the next area - players could fight the deathclaw or try to sneak behind his back and open the door
- There would be acid on the floor and locked locker with those anti-acid gumboots. Players could open it or just step on the acid and then become healed by party medic and other players
- There would be some craftable item needed to eg give it to the npc. Players could craft it somewhere on the map or just kill the guy activating the alarm and bringing some more guards.

those are just some quick ideas. Either the area should have many similar routes for every team or it would be one after one and the team with smallest amount of time wins. The main point is not to make another pvp but some kind of cool interaction teamplay thing. Also players would start with no items, just some tools and ingredients for eventual crafters in the team, items would be deleted after the event etc.

Teamplay event sound very good. I also was thinking about some kind of post-apocalyptic olympic games (idea is from adventure pack to post-apo rpg system Neuroshima):

- unarmed fight 1vs1 (boxing?)
- 100m race through minefield
- race in labyrinth
- contest in killing: one person vs one animal (big ugly mole rat with much HP ) - player starts only with chosen weapon (10mm pistol, sledgehammer etc. not weapons with big power). The fastest person should be winner.

I'm gonna have to go with this, it just seems like a lazy excuse to get BoS Combat Armor.

And for all we know you already own those items and are logged out in Ghost Farm. ;)
