No guards No hinkley

At junktown mine there are no guards and at hinkley there baril front of door and you can't enter. Is it normal?

I think this is a new pvp function, although I could be wrong.

 I think they are just fixing something or updating.It´s normal cause it is BETA.

Hinkley is having problems currently, as for the junktown mine i have no clue.

Just be happy hinkley is blocked off, and you cant get stuck inside it.
