It would seem with 114% skill in SG, and 6 luck, so thats 6% chance to get a critical for torso, I seem to get a critical hit every 3rd shot. Sometimes it's even a Knockdown/Bypass! This seems extremely unlikely... It's like i suddenly stepped into the Twilight zone.

When I had ~90% EW without MC perks yet, I was killing poor critters with critical hits in torso too with 1 shot from laser pistol, but it wasn't every 3rd, it was like 1 of 4 shots not critical, and it lasted for one day, some guy also posted in the same day that all hostile NPCs always crit'ing him in encounters in torso with pistols so he's dying almost instantly. But looks like it was simply an odd day, because dev checked crits, said everything is ok and then closed that thread.
