you can send caps to another account, but it must be bank acc in same city (you cant send casp from NCR to Hub)

Is it also possible to transfer the money to a secondary account, then Delete the original and make a new one with the same username? I wanted to keep the Name Kyon in game as my Main

Well, if you delete the primary (first) account then I think that everything belonging to him will be destroyed, yes the username too. So you can just make a new one with the username of the recently deleted character. The bankaccount that you create with that character will be completely new so you can just send money to him again.
Thats my take on it at least.

i mean, some time ago i hear a knifer say that you can hit with 10 strenght a guy at 50hexes, also this man says more distance more damage of knifes.... this is truth?
also. its possible to run Fonline in a Mac G5? there are some problem with havent a intel procesor? wine works with the power macs?
