Reiniat:
if you have 300% skill in a combat skill, your weapons dont deteriorate
example: you have 300% in EW and you can use a Plasma Pistol forever beacuse it dont get broken or deteriorate

is this right?

This is not true however, I've seen items broken just 8 times that are already "beyond repair"
