Luck is useless with stonewall. If you have low endu, stonewall is useless. Stonewall is good from 8 to 10 endurance. 10 endu with stonewall=no KD, and half less KO.
I personally think it's shitty perk, if you are fast, you will be able to run anyway, and be able to kill everything if you want anyway. NPCs rush you like fools, so if you fight, you gain what, 2-3 secs?
Like said above, not a waste. For PvP they are usefull, and even in PvE with the right char.

that means Toughness is a very powergful perk against burst, and the bonmus rate of fire will help to do my definitive char
also i still thinking that luck affects the knocked down and out... but is hard to know, my char also have 8end, and 4st, does strenght affect?

about cautious nature, im supossing you dont go to find encounters very soon, if you do it you notice that most actual pks are guys with laser or snipers, and they kill you before of yyou can see they, because they spawn far in the map, and you cant shot to him, this is of course in TB, in RT you always have a oportunity to die or live

Aaaah, it's because I am a north player ;p
Almost no PK encounter, and almost no TB there ;p

How much big guns skill% is needed for 7 PE to hit 95% for example with a minigun ?
How much FA is enough ? 150 ? 160 ? or 190%? i just don't know asking....

When is Wipe ? And are characters deleted when a wipe occurs ?
