300% It depends on many things... with 300% Repair, there are some weapons that are one break-count away from being Beyond Repair, and that really helps. But for things that are just "Little Broken" 200% is usually sufficient for maximum chance of success.Science... it's pretty much useless since you can't get High Quality materials, but the more you have, the more materials you can get. So.. 300% again would be the max.With Small Guns, it would be mostly dependent on your Perception. If you are using Scoped or Long Range weapons like a Scoped Hunting Rifle or Sniper Rifle, then it is even more dependent on your Perception.
