Nothing, except Animation. (Only exception is that Old Shovel's thrust costs 1 more AP than its Swing, but no difference in the end)

I'm Fresh meat so treat me gently.
1) How much luck affects combat and are there perks that luck is mandatory for combat ?
2) If my charisma would be lower than 3 could I trade with npcs in towns ?
3) How much professions you can learn at a time ?
4) Is science + repair good compared to first aid + doctor or any other variation of skills for crafting purposes ?
5) What professions are the most useful as a science+repair char based on your opinion ?
6) Is that a good choice to start a new character only by the fact i don't want to spend perks to rise special atributes to learn profesions at high levels ?
Because some profesions need 7 str and 7 agility for level 3 professions like small guns and armorer....i have only 6 str and 6 agility.
8) Could someone tell me the ideal character for science+repair + small guns character based on opinion ?
9) How can i share a tent with my friend ?
10) Am i dumb ?

1) luck 6 = better perks for combat
2) with ch1 u can trade only in Gecko (ghouls dont care about ch)
3) four levels (3lvl smal guns + 1 lvl doctor)
4) FA doc - usefull in combat. science, rep for crafting

6) Use some drugs to add special (buffout for strengh, nuka cola for agility)

There are many more traders than that. See: Merchants, and look at Requires column.
6) Yeah, you can use drugs to get professions. But it's best to just make a crafting alt (another character) for each profession, as the skills you need take away from your combat potential, which is the main part of 2238.
