Sniper Lag- energy-cripeler/sniper puts his combat skills to every lonely wastelander that can pay a small fee

tarifs for a half of hour:
       -200 caps at start,300 if we both survive-i will come empty*
       -500 caps at start,700 if we both survive-i will come with a combat leather jacket and a LR with a few ammo

i will work moastly to help new players go some quests, protect for NPCs, but i will not PvP

requirements:
1.caps
2.carisma at least 2(or magnetic personality)
3.lonership(you must be a loner and a low level caracter)

i am availeble if you can see me on IRC

the meeting point will allways be Vault City

*i do not high unarmed, so if you ask for me to come empty, at least give me a gun -> preferable an energy weapon
