make the interface made by Ras the default one, or at least give a link in the launcher for it

Eeerhm... No. Or make a contest to have a pack of the better interfaces and allow choice at install, but even if Ras interface is cool, not everyone have to prefer this one.

I still prefer the default one, Interface Ras is absolutely un-fallouty. I would more likely suggest Skej's 1024x800 interface to be given an option on installation, as it doesn't change anything then the HUD resolution.
