Crippling hands

LagMaster:
yeah, this is a good ideea, but what about the one-handed traint? it says that "one of your hand is more dominant" not "you act better when using one of your hands" so what happens if we cripple the "good hand"?
sugestion to be added: make 2 perks: right-handed and left-handed

This trait created to give little boost for character in single player game who decided to use only one-handed weapons, prolly this is speech+science+repair+lockpick characters, this trait will give additional 20% to SG/EW skill allowing using only pistols.
Here it unchanged, and it's not neccessary, pistols are weaker than rifles (except for gauss pistol of couse), so if you want to use them, you'll get a bonus of +20% for limiting yourself. But again, this is not a "trait", because if you're not going to use 2 handed weapons anyway, you won't suffer anything, so it's 1st level perk for gunslingers.
One hander trait can be changed that one of your hands is really dominant, so 2 handed weapons require x1.3 more ST to operate properly, but you ignore 1 crippled hand effect, so you still need x1.3 more ST, and the same x3 ST if both hands crippled, because you operate 2 handed weapons with one hand, it's weaker than two hands together, but because of trait it's still strong and you don't use your 2nd hand. This way this trait will be always active, because this is a trait, not a perk. So you trade permanent ST penalty that much less than with 1 hand crippled to weapon requirements, but you won't have any penalties with 1 hand crippled.
