EW Crippler Leader build

Is this possible? I want to cripple people with my laser rifle while i run around with a gang of 5 EW mercs.

Any Ideas would be great!

I may have a build...  It would.. need to be Very, very, dedicated too though. Levelling will be harsh.

EW have a better cripple rate
