Any good Sneaker Build?

This build was made especially for RL i tested 3 builds before i made this one, and this is best  option for RL/sneaker i ever played

To see sniper before the sniper see them...  etc etc etc.. Sneaker in TC team need 12 PE

If you dont have 12 PE, the other sneakers will see you before that you see them, and they will have an advantage on you !
