Max out sneak, get silent running and put maybe like 100-150 points into SG if you have the SP. Other than that, I dunno.

10 int + skilled is a must my friend.

Doctor Eex:
300 sneak + ghost + silent run. Obtainable only with 10 int + skilled.
SG burster will be expansive one - P90 ain't no cheap or farmable.
